Key responsibilities include: Preparing food daily as outlined on the Food Production Worksheet
Assisting with set-up, service and clean-up of food production
Ensuring proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment
Ensuring compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies as they relate to Food Service

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED
Two (2) year of cooking experience
Have or obtain any and all food handling certifications/licenses required by the city and state
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Flexibility with schedule (every other weekend required)
Must enjoy working with the senior population
